Take the head out of the printer and put the ouput end on a kleenex soaked
in hot water for a couple of minutes.  (guy in an ink shop told me that)

Hmm, they call it "professional series" and then sell you a new head with
every ink bottle = sounds  like doubletalk to me...
prolly charge more for the ink than for the rest of the printer too.
