Hi All, 
I was wondering what the smallest amount of memory anyone has run Delphi in 
successfully. I have 16megs in my system and have not trouble, I know someone 
that is only running with 8megs of RAM and said it ran at one time, but wont 
now. Delphi 1.0 says it needs 6 megs, Windows runs marginally in 4 megs, so I 
told him to get more memory. I haven't tinkered with it on a system less 
memory. Any tips, tricks or feedback? 
I told him since windows really wants at least 4, that only leaves 4 megs 
free for Delphi give or take a bit.
Obviously he is riding on the edge, but wasnt thrilled to hear that since he 
doesn't want to spend the money right now to upgrade. Again, any feedback 
would be appreciated especially if we do some configuration changes to just 
get him running again.
