IE says Mozilla because Netscape 1/2/3/4 said Mozilla and M$ wanted to
be compatible with sites designed for Netscape. That long ago became an
unfortunate anachronism.

You can do it manually several ways, like in about:config, or install an
extension to manipulate it with:
