Well, the one cost covered two versions for me, since the 10.5 to 10.6
upgrade was free.  All the major development in the current version is on
the Windows side (newer MFC versions, visual development tools, etc.).

Version 11 will be the next release, now going into beta.

To me, yes.  If your current version works, why bother?  Wait 'til 11.
