  I don't object to people putting it up for FTP, but I'm not going to
  support it or keep any FTP site up to date.  FTP is far too
  inefficient and expensive.  Either FREQ it or set your message
  pointers here in OS2PROG back a fortnight and find it (I post it
  regularly enough).

  PROSCONS.ZIP currently contains all of the information that I
  regularly post here. The next revision (due in a week or so) will
  contain some extra information that I don't post.
