No other areas are under consideration at this time.  Any other changes
can wait for future amendment proposals.  :)

We are bound to the current procedures outlined in P4 for this, except
that Ward has allowed that a majority of "responding" RC's can pass it
on to a general *C vote, instead of a majority of ALL RC's.  This was
basically due to the fact that some RC's are missing.

As far as what the future holds... that will depend on our success or
failure to a great extent.
