I don't know about future versions of CSet++ First Step, but for
previous versions (B) and (D) were true. First Step didn't have
EXTRA, the Browser, or ICLUI in the bundle, and the compiler didn't
  have an optimiser.

( So possibly (A) is valid, but it has connotations that are really
unwarranted. Lack of an optimiser implies *inefficient* code, not
    *incorrect* code. )

I just said that I wasn't allowed to talk about it !
