  Toolkit documentation errors are always being corrected.  You should
  have seen the documentation for DosGetInfoBlocks() in the 2.0 Toolkit.

  I wish that they'd correct some of the API as well.  In particular
  the DosGetLibPathXXXXX() calls are *incredibly* *stupidly* designed.
