Makes sense to me. At least as an on-screen excuse for having her in
such a tight costume. I remember particularly one scene 7of9 had with
Janeway, in which the former Borg was shown in body-profile for several
more minutes than *I* thought were necessary. I'm sure male viewers
were, uh, fascinated.
