The reason why he didn't accept a plea in the first place (and he's taking 
virtually the same plea that he rejected) was that it wasn't a blanket 
endorsement for probation. If his celebrity earns him that probation then so 
be it but the fact is, he's open for ANYTHING and it's serious jail time if 
the judge decides to make an example of him.
