The moral to this story is that somewhere PowerBASIC must be told that
the argument needs to me a fixed string. It can be in a DECLARE
statement, or in the SUB statement, or in the call (I think).
QuickBASIC would check the TYPE structure for the variable type:
PowerBASIC does not do this; nor does it do any type conversions in
this case. That's why it generates the error.
