Hallo David!
Antwort auf eine Message von David Smith an John Meroth:
DS> i set the bbs up as DV aware, and run ostsr to give the slices back.
DS> So maybe Warp 4 doesn't give up slices as good as Version 3 does.
2 out of 4 methods of releasing time slices under MDOS are broken since Warp
4:
DPMI time slice :
MOV AX,1680
INT 2f
CPU halt :
DX:AX=msecs
STI
HLT
DB 035h,0cah
you can fix the DPMI method with this patch (based on FP1 buildlevel 9.025)

You must be running with the FixPak 1 revision of the OS2KRNL for this patch
to work.. If you have the base level, this little tidbit will patch the base
OS2KRNL:

This should fix *most* of your problems with DOS programs running in VDMs..
