   Fine central Europe

   Wet central Mediterranean and eastern Spain, fine in central Europe

   Thursday
   Another fine sunny day for Portugal and Spain, though clouds and
   showers arrive at the Balearics and east Spain in the afternoon.
   Showers will be frequent in Sardinia and Corsica all day, similar in
   southern Italy. Some showers remain near Greece, though gradually will
   lessen in frequency and intensity. Becoming mostly sunny in the Aegean
   and west Trkiye.
   Windy with some showers along France's southern coast. Otherwise mostly
   dry across the continent. Clouds gradually break across the Low
   Countries, southern Germany, and the Balkans to reveal good sunshine
   and milder temperatures. Remaining cloudy further east in Poland,
   Belarus, and Ukraine, a few stray showers possible in northern areas.
   A mix of cloud and sun in the UK and Denmark, mostly dry here. Spells
   of precipitation on Norway's southwest coast, more frequent north. Sun
   spells possible in Sweden and Finland with a few stray drizzly showers.
   Similar in the Baltic States.

   Friday
   Rain in the east of Spain today, and that affecting Majorca, Ibiza and
   Menorca too. Much of central and western Spain, as well as Portugal
   should be dry with some good spells of sunshine. Rain affecting Corsica
   and Sardinia, some of it heavy. Wet to in the south of Italy, but
   northern Italy should be dry and cool. Some rain in western and
   southern Greece but dry in the east. Turkey will be fair with plenty of
   sunshine.
   France will be dry with some sunshine in the sand, but maybe foggy in
   the north. The Low Countries will have fog as well Germany and Poland,
   this slowly lifting to sunny spells. Hungary and Austria as well as
   Switzerland should be dry and bright.
   Denmark will be fair with some sunny spells. Breeze in the Baltic
   states and Finland with some sunshine here and dry. Windy for Sweden
   and dry with some sunny spells. Rain affecting southern and western
   Norway, although severe gales and snow with blizzards in central and
   northern areas of Norway.
