I have problems with type 1-security (elite -> 1496e+).
On the host (the modem to be called) I put my phonenumber in register 1 
(AT&Z1=123456), and user password in table 1 (AT*H1)
Then enable type 1 security with either AT*G1 or *G2.
On the other modem I put the same password as master (AT*HS)
Do I need other parameters on the calling modem?
If I use type 2 security, where I get prompted for password, it works, both 
with and without dialback.
Btw, how do I change the delay before the dialback?
