It can be done and has been done. Just post there and read there. 
BUT...the majority of the posts to comp.editors discuss vi in its
various incarnations. TSE threads have lasted about three messages
("Lets discuss TSE." -- "Great idea!" -- "Me too!") then they die. Even
emacs seems to have nearly disappeared (it has its own newsgroups and
lists). A mailing list like this (or a newsgroup specific to TSE -- like
4DOS has) is really the way to go to get good feedback.
