I know about the Alpha/Zero differences in Japan/America but there's a new 
one called Street Fighter Zero 2 Alpha.  See, Alpha 2 have evil Ryu but Zero 
2 didn't, so people over there complained about not having the secrets 
characters on Zero 2 so a new game was released under the name above.  Now 
this machine contains more options than Alpha2, such as 2 human players vs 1 
cpu player or survival mode, plus there's more original characters.
