I've never heard of the zebra striped car thing, but it does somehow sound
Swedish so maybe it's true . We've had a lot of discussion here
too about lowering the limit of legal blood alcohol level, but it's not
flying very high. Drunk drivers are a big problem, but it's the same
problem with the level that the ones causing the accidents are usually way,
way over the limit so lowering it would only affect people like me who like
to take one beer with lunch sometimes.
