What are the benefits of using NTFS over FAT16 and 32?  Any drawbacks
(including compatibility issues)?  What if I will be sharing the
drives over an MS-based network that includes Win9x and DOS (and
possibly Linux and OS/2) machines?
 
It looks like I may have to re-install Windows on my main file and print
share "server" and I am trying to figure out if I want to re-install 98,
with FAT32, or if I want to install NT 4.0 (with FAT16 or NTFS).  Opinions
are welcome.  ;-)
