But remember that the Borg assimilate different species, although most
of the Borg we've seen have been humanoid. Wouldn't it be easier to
assimilate babies than to go through all the trouble of pregnancy and
birth? And since we've suddenly discovered they have re-engineered red
cells in their blood, would that affect the ability to get pregnant?
