It's actually Durham Radio, not Norham but Julwhan is right, it's a deal
that's tough to beat. I bought one of the YB 400 refurbs from them and
it came to $112 or so with shipping. It is a refurbished model, i.e.
'previously owned bastard radio'. As such, don't expect it to gleam and
shine, ( mine doesn't ), but it works great, and came with a one year
warranty, alothugh without any of the standard options. I have also seen
new YB 400's on sale at Circuit City recently in the U.S. for $149.95.
It's a great little radio. Here's the URL to check out.

I travel with the Grundig and use it at work but at home I use a Sony
ICF-2010, also within your price range and one of the all-time classic
shortwave receivers.
Good Luck
