Support for even larger drives than FAT32.

If you setup file sharing permissions, you must use it.

More robust, does not fragment easily compared with FAT32.

Emergency Recovery is a bitch, you cant boot with a DOS/WIN9x boot disk and
access the drives, but you can with the recovery console on the CD.

No issue, you would be using what they call a network filesystem.

I currently have mounted as DRIVE K on this WinXP box a drive being shared
by my Linux box.
