In Win-OS2 control panel, select PORTS, select the appropriate com port
and settings - check the speed and flow control are as you want them to
be, most importantly at this point click advanced and check the IO port
and Interupt that is in use, if these are not what you expect or if you
believe they may be set to conflict some other hardware, adjust these.
Also on the com.sys line in config.sys line you can set the IO and Irq -
you may also want to try the I parameter to ignore errors - at least to
see if this makes things work - I would be looking at cabling if I had
to use I to make a connection work.
