Note there's a separate field for the upload directory.  I prefer to have all
my uploads go to a separate upload directory.  As a rule, users NEVER, EVER
put uploads in the right area.  Also, you are able to inspect the uploads for
viruses, piracy, porn, etc. more easily when you use an upload directory.
This directory should be one that has Sysop ACS on it so the users don't
download something you don't approve of.
Of course, if you're sure you want your users to decide where your files go,
just change the "Upload" field to the same path as the "Download" field.
