You can structure any poll to give whatever result you want.  There are
several ways to do it, but generally it involved selecting the target
population and structuring the questions to receive the desired answer. 
Pollsters are experts at doing exactly that.

And, of course, group selection and question structure are 'trade secrets',
so you can't replicate it - you just have to 'trust them'.
I don't.
