I've got a PC here with 10 of these: http://www.vantecusa.com/p_mrk200st.html and I'm quite happy with them. The fans are pretty quiet, too. I've also used a Supermicro box (CSE-M35T) that puts 5 drives vertically in a 3-height 5.25" bay, but there's no "channels" down the side of the box, so it won't fit most cases that have tabs for mounting the 5.25" drives... but works fine in any case (like most Antec ones) that use frame rails bolted onto the sides of the drives. (They're also SATA-150, but there's a newer version that also handles SAS). The stock fans are a bit noisy, but they're easy to replace with a quieter one (though lower airflow can lead to overheating, depending on the drives you mount). I thought from the CSE- in the part number of the bay you mentioned that it might be a Supermicro part, but I couldn't find the manufacturer's name there in the quick glance I had.
