August,

A couple of times after turning on my computer I changed from the
Limited Users account to a Administrator account so I could Right-click
on the network icon in the Taskbar to 'Repair' the connection, and then
I would do a fast Win Key L L to Log Off and go back to my
Limited account where Networking would be O.K. then.

As You probably know, Networking can't be Repaired from a Limited
account, that is why I fiddled around as I described above.

The past few days I just 'Let it be' as You say and Networking 'Fixes'
its self in a little bit.
