In addition to a message from Ruud Senden on 25 Jan 1995 to All:

I already found out why the controls weren't placed correctly. The owner
and parent fields in the constructors of the push-buttons (I didn't
implement the listbox and MLE yet) pointed at the INotebook object, they
should point to the IMultiCellCanvas object.
