LOL! I'd need more CPU and RAM just to run IE on this box.
I'm running the Blue Wave reader here, Bink is running in another window
waiting for calls. I toss mail in the background, compile nodelists in the
background, and can log on as a local Maximus BBS node while a user is
nline.
Not too bad for a pokey old 33mhz 486 with only 8 megs memory. :)
Multitasking brings a single-node BBS the capability for near-zero down
time, and it is worthwhile.
