We claim to have approximately 98% of listed titles in stock, which is true.
The more popular ones like the Linux sets go in and out of stock more
frequently than less popular titles. As I type this, they are in stock.

It shipped to you on 2/25/97 as I promised. When it arrives, you can check
the postmark if you doubt me.

We charged your credit card for the other titles you ordered (Arsenal 8 and
the freebie CD), along with the shipping charges for the entire order at one
time, that is correct. We did not charge you for the Linux set until it was
shipped on 2/25. This is standard practice. Most people do not like the
notion of being charged a separate shipping charge for backordered items,
which is why we only bill you *once* for shipping and handling, and
*individually* for backordered items.
TP> What is the current story Mike? Did your dog eat the back order file?
No, I wish I could blame it on the dog. You should be seeing it
oon.
Again, I'm sorry we could not deliver this title on time, but they have been
in very short supply (typical for this set), and demand exceeded our supply.
Later,
Mike
