-=> Quoting Ed Haynes to Don Bueltmann on 01 Sep 95 19:22:00 <=- EH> A cheerful DON told ALL on 08-28-95 23:58 DB>Is anybody there? I have been waiting to get back to receiving the Quic DB>conference and I find no activity here. Doesn't anybody have anything t DB>about. EH> Things do seem to be a little slow right now. Does anybody know if EH> Quicken will be introducing a Win95 version soon? I noticed that MS EH> Money Counts is pushing their 32bit program (giving it away free). EH> But Quicken has spoiled me so I'll still be hanging around here. EH> Also, has anybody ran into any problems using Win95 with Quicken4 CD? Me too. Lots of people get it, and when I had a question I usually got an answer. Quicken/Quickbooks must be so good you don't need much help! No problems with Q4, but may be with the CD Driver... Rich A. ... Born *again*? Pardon me for getting it right the FIRST time! --- Blue Wave/Max v2.12 > Just Netmail it to me. > Does this mean I'll finally be able to speak spanish? > Really *like* the Halo... except for them spikes! There's not too much we can do about that. I discovered something this weekend that I had not heretofore known. A Quicken for Windows 2.0 file will open up very nicely in Quicken 8 for DOS. One of those Quicken set-ups (not unlike the church's) that I've developed for a local educational non-profit org was handed to me yesterday so I could refine the reports a tad. I discovered when the treasurer arrived that the thing was on Q2 for Windows. I was VERY glad to be able to use the files on the latest dos version. I think the secret to the success of the program is its seemingly infinite flexibility in reporting. At least, that's one of several good reasons why I stick with it. Oh, excuse me... Here's your certificate. Consider it a small token of the universal gratitude which is yours for being generous, but not to a fault, with your time in service to your own better judgement! %%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%% %%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%% %%% %%% %%% C O M P U C H U R C H %%% %%% International Headquarters * Baton Rouge Louisiana %%% %%% %%% %%% This is to certify that %%% %%% %%% %%% RICHARD APPLING %%% %%% %%% %%% has been granted the special title %%% %%% %%% %%% -- S A I N T -- %%% %%% %%% %%% This 3rd day of September 1995 %%% %%% %%% %%% P O Box 64575 C O M P U %%% %%% Baton Rouge LA Signed: C.A.Jennings, D.D.
