August, Some time long ago I tried Hibernating but just decided to always do a regular shut down. But as I wrote the above I got to thinking about how sometimes when I start XP that little Cyber scanner thingy goes on and on and on. Maybe I ought to go back into CP and turn Hibernating ON. I can't remember if restarting from a Hibernation shut down will ask for the password for the Users Account that I last used. Now I have to hunt for one of those elusive ROUNDTUITS again. ;-) * SLMR 2.1a #T348 * I know enough about PC's to be considered dangerous. --- SBBSecho 2.12-Linux* Origin: telnet & http://cco.ath.cx - Dial-Up: 502-875-8938 (1:2320/105.1) SEEN-BY: 3/0 633/267 640/954 712/0 313 550 620 848 953 @PATH: 2320/105 0/0 261/38 712/848 633/267 |
