You sure you want to do that? I wouldn't mess with those much unless
you're planning on either reinstalling OS/2, or getting rid of it
completely. But if you must know:

del EA?DATA.?SF && del WP?ROOT.?SF

should do it.

Count on some interesting behaviour from the Workplace Shell when you
do this.
