The original author of TTT and TOT told the FP maintainers that it was ok for
people to port his toolkits and send them out for use with FP.  

Were the tools you wrote for dealing with the TG datafiles?

It actually wouldn't cause any problems at all.  The limiter is only part of
the bbs and doesn't impact any external functions.  If I can get moving this
weekend, I'll try to get it back online so you can see what I mean.
