starting I thought there would be mucho traffic about that.
    At any rate, fwiw Atlanta has taken the Astros in the first two games.
And it looks as though the Marlins will do likewise with SF Giants.  Oh well
it just remains to be seen.

This was in light of everything. If the prosecution has something ELSE that 
wasn't presented to the press then THAT would have been another mitigating 
factor, however, the juror was aware of everything that we were at the time 
and that was their take on where they were voting. The second and third 
witness weren't apparently enough to sway them to look past the lies of the 
accuser.

I'm NOT being an armchair defendent, Terry. I couldn't give a rat's butt 
whether Marv took the plea or not NOR am I criticizing his choice, which 
carries a lot harsher penalty than you're stating.
