My strategy.. when I can't understand the caller (no matter WHO is calling
about a sale pitch or other solicitation).. if I can't make out what they
are saying due to their heavy accent, I just tell them "I can't
understand a word you are saying. Please take a remedial course in actually
SPEAKING english, or get another job that doesn't require you to speak.
