What will you advocate if the ethnic/social groupings in Iraq don't get
along in the post-Saddam settlement?

(The problem in Ireland is nothing to do with Britain and everything to do
with Ireland. This simple fact of history seems to cause huge confusion.
The various strands of 'British', including Scottish, Cornish and Welsh,
Catholic and Protestant, Repulican and Royalist seem to get along well
enough to deal with their issues without the use of Semtex and automatic
weapons. At least in the last few hundred years.)
