Indeed they do.

To be comfortable, me thinks it is mandatory to move to reloadable 
batteries. The latest 2500 mAH Ni-MH batteries last here for about 4 
months. And I have at least always one pair ready-standby in the loader 
- you can't do that with NiCd batteries so these have to be avoided .
