In fact....thinking about it......that would have a lean on the Guantanamo thing.....

I should point out the same thing was claimed in Okinawa & South
Korea...so either they're lying to everyone re US bases being US soil or
they're lying wrt Guantanamo....

Course the UK is lucky in that overseas UK bases mostly really are UK
territory...e.g. large lumps of Cyprus......
