Thanks for that explanation Bob, I appreciate it.  Now I can read the ads
with a little more knowledge than I had before and at least recognize ones
that might be appropriate . My programming experience is
about 10 years old now, although I did get seconded to our Development
group for Y2K stuff .

No C++ or Java.
