All the modems that are compatible with dos don't relly need a device
drivers (at least that's what I think). Check if you can access the Com
port that the modem is on. If not, try mathing the IRQ and address of
the comport in windows with that of the modem. If you still can't access
the modem, pour a cup of coffee over it and try again.
P.S. Just kidding about that coffee stuff. I get frustrated with Windows
and modems myself.
