I recently asked (I'Net) about graphics usage with Corel's WP
6.1DOS and was told that "WP 5.1 would do bit mapped graphics"
(TTIF?) beautifully. So I grabbed the closest JPG (85K, not big, not
small) and converted it to TTIF Uncompressed @ 990K!!! I got a
"Divide overflow error" and had a devil of a time recovering from
that.
In the I'Net message I was complaining about a WP 7.0W 2-page letter
I had written with 4-each 2x3" photos that was 17MEGS!!! A replier
said I should have used "WP 5.1."  I wonder if he meant 5.1WIN?
I've asked him but got no reply.
Has anyone had good experience with WP 5.1+ doing good 300dpi TTIF
image reproduction?  Or how about the new Corel WP 6.1DOS?
