 I think you're getting the series confused, Fred.  "With Child" is
 part of the Mary Russell series, the third maybe?  (Beekeeper's
 Apprentice and Mostrous Regiment of Women being the first two.)
 The Martinelli series is "A grave Talent" and "To Play the Fool".  If
 there's a third, I've not read it and don't know the title.
