How very true ... although I half recall one poet noting that...

 The just and the unjust fella

 For the unjust has his umbrella."

Or, if one lived in the lower North Island these last two days, 
because one obeyed the National Programme's weather forecaster to 
leave the brolly at home to avoid being blown away...

Probably that lovely Euro-American, Anon Y. Mous -  the poet, that 
is - not the blowing-away weather forecaster...
