from their past.  Sometimes these special recipes get lost.  This section
is to help people who are looking for lost recipes from their past.  If you
submit a request, please include the geographical region where you tasted

Here's a recipe for Cornbread Salad, thanks to Carol T of Cullman,Al
CORNBREAD SALAD

3 cups coarsely crumbled cornbread
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
1/2 cup chopped green onion
1/2 teaspoon sage
4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1 (15-ounce) can English peas, drained 1 (11-ounce) can niblet corn with
red and green peppers, drained Salt, pepper and granulated garlic to taste
3/4-1 cup mayonnaise

Combine all ingredients except seasonings and mayonnaise, mixing well.  Add
seasonings to taste.  Fold in mayonnaise, adding more if desired.  Makes
10-12 servings.
