Say you want to start a new network and you decide that you'll number it
say 3: and you'll have net areas with say three digits, and node numbers
with also 3 digits, so you have MyVeryOwnNet and your address is 3:999/123,
say you also are in fido, and your address is 3:640/764, unless you run an
intelligent mailer which differentiates between zone names, you're gonna
have  a wonderful time with dupe loops

Thats why you try and stay clear of assigned zone numbers.
