Steve, I get this message whenever I have a driver screwed up - wrong
port or IRQ, IRQ conflict, etc.  Can't remember all the details, but I
seem to recall that it was a case where the NDIS driver loaded but then
couldn't function due to some conflict.
BTW, Warp Connect set up to work peer-peer with netbui/tcpip dropped
right in to an NT 3.51 net with no changes except for share names (net
specific details).  I never could get NT to share a comm port, tho.
