Ah! Tor browser has helped after all! I listened what I wanted to. I
suspect it can be connected with the fight with Telegram messenger that is
going on in Russia. Trying to shut down Telegraph they block many (millions
of) URLs Telegram could use and sometimes innocent sites become
inaccessible.
