LT> Ok. I have a WP document with a TON of medical terms. I call it
LT> Medical.Sup so when I go to the speller, hit the edit Supplemental,
LT> you mean I put the file name in the area that says word/phrase with
LT> alternatives? I don't want to add a new word individually--I want
LT> ALL words in that file put in there.
LT> Now if I have to put in alternative words for every single
LT> medical term, I'd be in that spell check for the next 50 years.
LT> Is there a way to incorporate the Medical.Sup so that the
LT> alternative words would also have what is in Medical.Sup showing on
LT> the screen? You see what I mean?
Yes, that's exactly what I mean. You can enter
the words into the dictionary(ies) as they are skipped
by the regular speller, but to be presented with
alternatives, someone is going to have to enter them.
You or someone else!
And there is someone else who has done it. I am
looking at the WordPerfect magazine for DOS, November
1996 issue, pages 36 & 45.
