Thanks for the reply and the status of the sysop. Just have found all arounbd 
response time(s) and responses being very bad.....for a long time. Like I 
stated in another message I posted, I purchased a 14.4 (Supra) going on 3 
years now, and considering all the high speed modems available at such low 
prices, I would definitely want to make sure there is some support on an echo 
that shares the name of the modem I purchased.
