The Flash plugin to which I referred appears to be a version of Flash 7 
that Innotek developed for OS/2 but then could not get permission from 
MacroMedia to distribute (probably because MacroMedia did not want to 
upset Micro$oft). A copy neverthless escaped, it seems, and was to be 
found on a Russian FTP server.

Although is has been suggested that further distribution of this file 
may harm Innotek and hinder its further development of products for 
OS/2, you can find a link to it in a message on the eComStation Yahoo! 
group. Searching for "flash" in the subject line would be a good place 
to start.
